通过耶稣和祷告之间的关系,来认识真理与律法的关系。
真理和律法之间的关系,可以表现为耶稣和祷告之间的关系。
1,依靠耶稣和依靠祷告的不同。
我的堂妹是医师,她问我说:我大儿子生急病了,为他祷告主耶稣,每次祷告都好了。怎么我小儿子生病了,我想起为我大儿子祷告每次都痊愈了,结果为二儿子祷告,却不见好呢?
我说:因为第一次你是心里想着耶稣,依靠耶稣。第二次想着上次祷告好了,我这次也祷告,这次是依靠祷告,想通过祷告来医治你的孩子。而第一次是通过依靠耶稣本身来给你开路,眷顾你的孩子。
2,耶稣是真理,祷告是遵行律法。
我们信赖耶稣,于是我们祷告耶稣。我们之所以有祷告的行为,在于我们相信耶稣。相信耶稣,这是根本。祷告耶稣,这是相信耶稣之后随之而来的行为。我们不是靠着祷告本身的行为得医治,而是靠着耶稣本身得医治。
3,血漏妇人得医治是因为她信耶稣,而不是因为她祷告耶稣。在她没有祷告之前,她的病已经得了医治。
4,撒该蒙神喜悦是在他祷告之前。他已经因信心得以称义,恩典临到他的家。他因为神的恩典遵行了律法,向主说:我若讹诈了谁就还他四倍,并把一切所有的分给穷人。
5,两个人都祷告。但是税吏的祷告蒙主垂顾,而法利赛人的祷告却不蒙垂听。可见,我们称义不是因着祷告的行为,而是因着信心。
6,藉着耶稣,这是藉着真理。藉着祷告,这是藉着律法。这二者是不同的。
耶稣就是真理,祷告就是遵行律法。真理和律法之间的关系,也可以表现为耶稣和祷告之间的关系。
一个人是藉着耶稣得救,而不是藉着祷告得救。耶稣这是神的义,祷告这是人的义。
神的义,这是恩典。在律法之外表明出来。不是因行律法而得的义,而是义人因信得生,因信而得的义。神的义非同于人的义。人的义再怎么追求,再怎么圣洁,再怎么虔诚,再怎么谦卑,再怎么顺服,还是污秽的,悖逆的。只有神的义才是圣洁完全的。我们得救,成圣,称义,乃是因为神的义。
