The Church Of God

Thank you Lord Jesus! May the loving God care for us, the grace of the Lord Jesus be with us, and let the Holy Spirit lead us into all truth.

1. God is our God.

1. My god.

"First, I rely on Jesus Christ to thank my God for all of you. Because your faith has spread throughout the world." (Romans 1:8)

2. Our God.

We had previously suffered and been treated outrageously in Philippi, as you know, but with the help of our God we dared to tell you his gospel in the face of strong opposition. (1 Thessalonians 2:2 NIV)

3. Our Lord Jesus Christ is to say that we belong to Jesus.

If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. (Romans 14:8 NIV)

It can be said that we belong to Christ, Christ belong to God, and we belong to God. God is our God, it is to say that we belong to God, not that God belong to us.

We can't say: Christ belong to us, or God belong to us.

2. The church is the church of God.

1. The church of God.

Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood. (Acts 20:28 NIV)

2. The church of Jesus.

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. (Matthew 16:18 NIV)

3. A church in a certain place, such as Corinth, can say: "The Corinthian Church", it is said that this church is in the Corinthian place. But it is still the “Church of the God in Corinthian”:

To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be his holy people, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours: (1 Corinthians 1:2 NIV)

Although it is a church somewhere in the world but the church does not belong to this world:

“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. (John 15:18-19 NIV)

It can be said that the church is the church of God and the church of the Lord Jesus. It can be said: We belong to churches, we are connected to become churches. We can't say: the church belongs to me, or the church belongs to us.

3. The harm of the lessons and statements of "my church" and "our church."

1. Jesus told Peter: "You are Peter. I will build my church on this rock. The authority of the underworld cannot overcome him." (Matthew 16:18)

How the Lord's church became Peter's Church. Peter did not dare to say: my church. Paul did not dare to say: my church. It is to say: the church of God. They can't say: my church or our church.

As far as I know, these lessons and statements do not have any biblical basis, not the truth of the Bible, not from the Bible, not from God.

“I was the youngest of the apostles, not worthy of being called an apostle, because I used to persecute the church of God.” (1 Corinthians 15:9)

2. If it is our church, because the gifts of all of us are different, the roles in Church are different then the church of God would become like the organization in the society. The church will produce a situation of biasing to treat people and using malicious to determine the person.

My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism. Suppose a man comes into your meeting wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in filthy old clothes also comes in. If you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, “Here’s a good seat for you,” but say to the poor man, “You stand there” or “Sit on the floor by my feet,” have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? (James 2:1-4 NIV)

4. John the Baptist said: He must become greater; I must become less.

If it is "my church or our church", the church is to become greater, then I will also become greater; Jesus is to become greater, then I will also become greater. Therefore, there will be a variety of phenomena that are divisions, competitions and disputes, because this is my church or our church. If there is our church, then there will be your church. The churches will even attack each other and fight against others. Their energy will be placed in fighting against others. They will forget preaching the Christian gospel.

They regard the church as their own and the believers as their own. When believers go to other places to worship the God, they will change their faces because they mistakenly believe that the sheep of God become their own sheep. They do not care how to benefit the gospel, how to benefit the believers, how to constructive the believers and how to benefit the workers' choice and growth. The just care about themselvers thus generating all kinds of worldly things like selfishness and flesh.

The principle of they using people is not caring about how the church can thrive, but how I can thrive. If churches in other places have any problems they do not dare to speak because this is his church or their church, not the church of ours. The church of Samaria developed, the church of Jerusalem went to help; Paul preached the gospel everywhere, and the Macedonian church supported it economically.

If there are problems in other local churches, they should be blamed or persuaded because their hearts are already wrong and deviations have occurred. There is no division, but they are connected to each other. They are all churches of God, but they are one. The church of God should preach the doctrine of God and follow the rules of God. The Word of God is life, and cannot deviate from the Word of God.

God told the apostles to preach the gospel, and the apostles focused on prayer and preaching. God chose Cornelius, and Peter said: "Since God gave them gifts, like when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave us, who am I, can stop God?" (Acts 11:17)

We should consider what is God's work and what is God's will and we dare not to resist God, but to obey God's will. Jacob said, “The words of the prophets are also in harmony with this meaning.” (Acts 15:15) The decision is to see whether it conforms to the truth of the Bible and whether it conforms to the will of God.

The time for John the Baptist to return to the world is here. He said, "Who do you think I am, I am not Christ. Just one who came after me whose sandals i am not to worthy to untie” (Acts 13:25) He introduced his disciples to Jesus, and his disciples saw that Jesus prospered, so they blasphemed Jesus and went to John the Baptist to accuse Jesus. John the Baptist said: He must become greater; I must become less.

"Before the corruption, the heart is proud. Before glory, there must be humility." (Prov. 18:12)

"The first time you enter the teaching, you can't be supervised. I am afraid that he is arrogant and falls on the devil. In the penalty." (3:6 in advance)

5. If it is my church or our church there will be a situation that can not be concentric.

Jesus rebuked Peter and said, “Put the sword into the sheath, and all who move the sword will die under the sword.” （Matthew 26:52） The Lord Jesus wants us to take away the sword of blood. Jesus did not fight with a knife and a gun. The Scripture says, “If I am lifted from the earth, I will attract thousands of people to come to me.” (John 12:32) Jesus Christ uses the love of the cross, the sacrifice of self-denial and the way of eternal life to attract people.

So Jesus said, "Jesus called them to come and said to them, "You know that the Gentiles have the honor of being kings, and they are governed. There are ministers who control their power. 43. It is only among you, not like this. If you are great, you will be your servant. 44. Whoever is willing to be the head of you will be the servant of all. 45. Because the Son of Man comes not to be ministered, but to serve. And you must give up your life and make a ransom for many people." (Mark 10:42-45)

How can people be convinced by the pressure of worldly power? How can you be so concentric? It will give the devil a foothold. In order to achieve their own goals, if others do not convince, they will be intimidated, scared, and may make false witness to frame people. This is the act of persecuting Jesus, like crucifing Jesus on the cross. Jesus is the truth, and the demons are the ones who confuse the truth.

Jesus tells us that there are these things in this world, but among believers, this is not the case. In doing so, there is no way to be united and even split the body of Jesus. We know that even those who whipped Jesus and crucified Jesus did not split the body of Jesus.

Take away the sword of blood, and pull out the sword of truth. The blade of the Holy Spirit is sharp, piercing the heart and soul, and making the heart truly return to God. God wants people to worship him with the heart and honesty. God wants such people to worship him. It is not God's delight to be close to God in your mouth and to be far from God in your heart.

The work done by the workers of God is to take back the hearts of the people, and to return the whole heart to God and obey God: "The various schemes, the high-spirited things that hinder people from knowing God, have been broken, and Recapture all human minds and make him obey Christ." (2 Cor. 10:5)

6. "My church or our church." will lead to:

In which place, I am a contact person, a convener, or I am a local, I have to keep my word. Which church I am helping to manage, I have to keep my word. My family is at the party, I have to keep my word. I can't hear the voice of God and can't see God's will. As a result, there may be a phenomenon of Diotrephes. Diotrephes is arrogant, and the result is that he hurt self and others, but he still does not know.

Dear friend, you are faithful in what you are doing for the brothers and sisters, even though they are strangers to you. They have told the church about your love. Please send them on their way in a manner that honors God. It was for the sake of the Name that they went out, receiving no help from the pagans. We ought therefore to show hospitality to such people so that we may work together for the truth. (3 John 1:5-8 NIV)I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first, will not welcome us. So when I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, spreading malicious nonsense about us. Not satisfied with that, he even refuses to welcome other believers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church. (3 John 1:9-10 NIV)

7. "My church or our church." such incorrect lessons and thoughts may even lead to the church of God becoming a human church. Jesus no longer be the Lord, and man replace Jesus as the Lord.

Because the church is my church, I can be the Lord. The church is our church, so whoever is supportted by more people, whoever speaks counts. Whoever is responsible for a lot of things, whoever speaks counts. We are going to replace Jesus as the Lord; or to be the leader through the meeting. In history, some churches changed God's laws and commandments, which were decided through meetings including the decision to kill Jesus and prohibit the apostles from evangelizing.

"And see the cured people again." When they stood with them, they had nothing to say. 15. Then they told them to go out from the guild and negotiate with each other. 18 Then they were called, and they were forbidden. They could not be taught in the name of Jesus. 19. Peter John said, obeying you, not obeying God, this is reasonable and unreasonable in front of God. You must discretion. 20. What we see and hear can't be said. 21. The Most High God said, “You are two barley, For a few cakes, swear at me, lie to the people who will listen to lies, kill those who are not damned, and save those who should not live." (Ezek. 13:19)

"He will exaggerate to the Most High." If you want to torture the saints of the Most High, you will want to change the festivals and laws. The law. The Holy Spirit will deliver his hand for one, two, and a half. 26. However, the judge will sit and judge. His authority will be taken away, destroyed, and extinct, until the end." (But 7:25 -26)

In this way, righteousness will be reversed, right and wrong will be chaotic, black and white will be unclear, and light and dark will be indifferent. It is not to serve people, but to control people. Jesus gives people freedom, but people corrupts the work in the hands of Jesus, makes people under control and bondage, and pushes people outside the church—however Jesus wants to use the love of the cross to attract thousands of people to him.

It is not by the Word of God, but by who speaks loudly, who is older, who is gifted so whoever controls what is right. Jesus is no longer the head, but people wants to be the head. This kind of lesson and concept is very destructive, and it will confuse the Lord's Word, chaos the Lord's church, and rob the glory of God.

If others do not obey, they will say: You are not obedient to the church. Obedience to oneself becomes obedience to the church, and disobedience to oneself becomes disobedience to the church. Whether right or wrong, others must obey. If they are disobedient, they will not obey the church. This has gone straight to the devil's fault and invested in Satan's snare. It is very terrible and it hurts people.

The church is the body of Jesus, the pillar and foundation of truth. Since it is the truth, how can it be wrong? Jesus is the truth, Jesus is the head, and the church is the body of Jesus. Can Jesus violate himself? It can't be. It turned out that because Jesus is no longer the head, he or she replace Jesus as the head. It has surpassed Jesus, resisted the Lord, exalted himself, and even sat in the temple of God, treating himself as a god. This is actually guided by the blasphemy, confused by the devil.

The same is true of Satan's fall, in the holy mountain of God, on the mountain of the gathering, exalting himself above the stars of God, to be equal to the Most High:

"You have said in your heart, I will ascend to heaven. I will exalt my throne above the stars of the gods. I will sit on the mountain of the party, at the extreme of the north, 14. I will rise above the high clouds. I To be equal to the supreme.15, but you will fall into the grave, to the depths of the pit." (Isaiah 14:13-15)

It was deceived by the devil. In fact, it is out of ignorance. The truth of the Bible is the true light that illuminates our people in the darkness and makes us know how to go. Each of us needs the guidance of true light, otherwise we will be tempted and confused.

"Your words are the light at my feet, the light on my path." (Psalm 39:105)

Each of us should be alert, each of us All should examine themselves: “We should examine our actions deeply and return to the Lord.” (Lament 3:40)

“So you will examine, fear the light inside you, or the darkness.” (Luke 11:35)

So the law of judgment is what the Word of God is and what the true God is commanded. Jesus is the head and the master of Church. We must not replace the Jesus to be the head. There are brothers who are weak and even fall, and some even have to be rescued from the fire with love and good words, you can even ignite the fire of life from hell. If the Lord does not support us, who can stand?
