How To Know That A Person Receives The Holy Spirit

Look At if His tongue is Divided as of Fire to Speak in New Tongues

According to Bible, the Holy Spirit can be seen and can be heard.

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Acts 2:2-4)

After Peter received the Holy Spirit in the Pentecost Day, Peter stood up to preach: "Jesus will pour out what you see and hear now." What do you hear and see? It is speaking in new tongue.Speaking in new tongues is the only sign of receiving the Holy Spirit.

Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the prom-ise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. (Acts 2:33)

We receive the Holy Spirit as if the wind blows us, we can feel it and we can make a sound. Jesus told us clearly: “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:8). Re-ceiving the Holy Spirit is like being blew by the wind. How do we know that typhoon is coming? We can see the vibration of the things being blew and hear the sound of the wind as well.

On the day of Pentecost, the disciples received the Holy Spirit, just like being blew by the wind. How did they know it? They knew it by hearing speaking in new tongues and seeing the vibration of their bodies. Peter said to others that those disciples’ speaking in new tongues and vibrating bodies were not because of drunk. What does a drunk people look like? He looks like tongue is ambiguous and body is vibrating. If the whole church comes together in one place and all speak with tongues, and there comes in those who are unbelievers or uninformed, they will say that peo-ple in the church are out of mind. What do those out of mind look like? They speak language that others don’t understand and shake their bodies. However, Paul said that speaking in tongue was not out of mind, because speaking in new tongue can be controlled as the Spirit of the Prophet is subject to the Prophet.
