My name is Lidan Zhou, and I gave birth to my second daughter in Pu Tian affiliated hospital on May 12, 2016. I was overjoyed when the doctor told me it was a daughter since the eldest was a boy. My husband, outside the delivery room, was excited and kept calling relatives and close friends to report the good news. Then, within an hour, the baby girl suffocated and was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. Doctors tried everything but couldn't help her breathe. Doctors examined the child's head, heart, lungs and so on, but could not find an answer. The child's organs were normal but could not be removed from the ventilator. When the ventilator was removed, the child had difficulty breathing and was purple all over. The doctor continuously issued four pieces of critically ill notice, advised us to give up and estimated the baby girl not able to be saved. Even though the girl was saved at this time but it has high possibility of brain damage because of long time hypoxia, Giving up, cerebral palsy, whatever it is, is enough to take all our breath away. Fear, loss of what to do, such an outcome made us feel suffocating pain minute by minute.

The Lord opened the first door for Yi Yi to survive

At this moment, even the doctor is helpless! Dad, traveling in a foreign country, called and kept telling my elder sister to lead the whole family to pray urgently for help from God! My sister stood outside the ICU, praying. Her mouth blistered! God heard our cry for help and opened the first door for Yi Yi to survive! The doctor saw that we were not willing to give up, proposed that the child can be transferred to Quan Zhou children's hospital, where there is a national only oxygen, equipment, can first save the child's vital signs. However, when the ambulance from Quan zhou Children Hospital arrived at the affiliated hospital to pick up Yi Yi for transfer, the accompanying medical staff refused to let Yi Yi get on the bus. Once Yi Yi left the ventilator, the whole body turned black and purple. Medical staff said the child could not be sent to Quan Zhou hospital and could die at any time on the way. My husband pleaded in tears as my eldest sister prayed to God. The medical staff finally agreed to let Yi Yi get into the car and transfer. It is a race between time and life. Any traffic jam or stop will take the life of our little baby girl. Along the way, my husband and eldest sister kept praying, and Pu Tian church's brothers and sisters kept praying for Yi Yi. God's guidance is so magical that the 95km journey from Pu Tian to Quan Zhou Children Hospital. We met the office peak hour, but the ambulance arrives at the green light all the way and arrives at Quan Zhou Children Hospital smoothly. Yi Yi vital signs have been stabilized in Quan Zhou, but she has been unable to get off the ventilator. The doctor suggested giving up or sending her to Shanghai. We'll try it anyway!

The Lord opened a second door for her to survive

After the child sent to Shanghai, she was finally determined the cause. Vocal cord paralysis -- an unheard disease. The child turned out to be unable to breathe because the vocal cords were closed. On the 41st day after her birth, she received the operation called tracheostomy tube in Shanghai. Here, I would like to thank dad, in my marriage, the only requirement for mate selection, must be a brother of the same faith, and must be baptized. As for the family, birth, education, economic conditions are not required. This tribulation, thanks to the husband's family with the main believers, the whole family with one heart and one mind, day and night urgently to God, the child can be saved.

There is no medical treatment for this disease Vocal cord paralysis, tracheostomy tube can only ensure the child's breathing needs. The doctor could not answer when it would be healed. They only told us the short time to pull out a tube currently in the whole country was 22 months but that was a miracle. Many children can not pull out the tube even when they are four to five years old. Then following surgery is needed in order to pull out the tube. We still entrust our children to the Lord. For more than a year, the brothers and sisters of the true Jesus church have gathered together or in different places to pray together for her to God! Pray for mercy, pray for healing!

The Lord gives the child rebirth

On October 8, 2017, the child was successfully extubated in Shanghai and could breathe on his own! The child extubation time is only 17 months, with the doctor said the national extubation time the earliest 22 months of time record, fully advanced by 5 months! Even the doctor had to wonder, miracle of miracles! Now, YiYi has been blessed by God, into the kindergarten small class learning. Smart and beautiful, she became a school star! Thank the Lord! Hallelujah, amen!
